Shipping Information

• All products are made to order.
• Average production time is 1-7 days after payment is received.
• Holidays and high-volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.
• Orders will ship within 1-7 business days after production.  
• Order cancellations are allowed while an order is in the Pending Payment or Scheduling status. Once an order has passed into Production no order cancellations can take place.
• Different shipping rates apply for coffee weight.
• Sales tax apply for the state of Virginia only. 
• Once the package goes out thru the post office is out of our hands the whereabouts and timing of arrival of your order.
