Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is applicable only for t-shirts and/or mugs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at richportcoffee1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will return the product amount ONLY, not the shipping label cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items

At Rich Port Coffee, our goal is to provide you with the best service and extraordinarily delicious coffee.

Coffee is perishable, so we're unable to accept returns. However, if there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or concerns about the quality, we are here to help you. Please contact us at within 15 days of your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

For clothing and/or mugs:


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For coffee:

We want you to feel comfortable trying us out. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our coffee, we will offer a full refund on your first order. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.

 

If it is NOT your first order with us:

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.

 Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
